Tony J. Huang, CPA
Founding Partner
Tony is the Founding Partner of JTC Tax Services. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor degree in Business Economics and Accountancy, and is a certified public accountant and member of AICPA and CalCPA. He has over 10+ years of public accounting experience and was a senior tax manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers before founding JTC Tax Services. Tony has deep expertise in complex business tax matters including business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border tax planning. He is also knowledgeable in Venture Capital fund structuring and taxation and has led or been involved in many VC investment tax planning.
