Tony J. Huang, CPA

Managing Partner

Tony Huang is a Founding Partner of JTC Tax Advisory Group. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Accountancy. Tony is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA). Tony has over 13 years of public accounting experience. Prior to founding JTC Tax, he served as a Senior Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he advised clients on a wide range of complex tax matters. Tony has deep expertise in business taxation, including entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border tax planning. He is also experienced in venture capital fund structuring and taxation, and has led or been involved in numerous VC investment tax planning projects.
